Returns / Refund Policy
If your Dazzling Delights order arrives damaged, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including any jewellery boxes or certificates.
As our jewellery is handcrafted to order, we accept returns only if the items are defective or damaged.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs..
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange for the same item once inspected and approved.
