Shipping Policy

All Dazzling Delights online purchases are delivered directly to your door using our courier partners who specialize in secure national and international delivery.

National Delivery:

Shipping is free for all Dazzling Delights online orders with a total order value over R1000, which includes a courier fee and delivery insurance against loss or damage to goods and parcels during the shipping and delivery process. Orders with a total order value under R1000 will incur a shipping fee of R100.

All moissanite jewellery by Dazzling Delights is handcrafted to order and will be delivered approximately 3-4 weeks after your order has been processed. During Black November sale and Christmas period, this may extend to 6 weeks, depending of volume of orders. Loose moissanites will be delivered in approximately 3 weeks. 

Custom designs in solid gold may take up to 6 weeks to manufacture and deliver, depending on gold stock availability and complexity of the design. These are also handcrafted to the highest specifications.

International Delivery:

Dazzling Delights does not include custom duties and international shipping fees in our order prices. International shipping fees for Dazzling Delights orders are for the buyer’s own account, and can be arranged via Dazzling Delights and our preferred courier partner after your purchase has been confirmed.
